February 2026 5.00Jake was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and made the entire process from start to finish very smooth and easy. The home was beautiful and comfortably fit 10 adults but easily could have fit at least 4 more without issue. The home was clean and in a great area. Parking really wasn’t terrible and we always found a spot not too far from the home. My only critique would be that it would have been helpful to have a few more things in the kitchen for cooking and making drinks, but honestly, it had the essentials and that’s what matters! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

February 2026 5.00Jake’s place was perfect for a weekend visit with our college son. The house had plenty of room and was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Jake was very responsive and we would definitely stay again!!

February 2026 5.00Great home for a large number of guests. Lots of space, beds and entertainment (multiple TV's, fuze ball, and pool tables). In addition, Jake was a phenomenal host; he was very friendly, his instructions were clear, and he was responsive throughout the entire duration of our stay. Everything we needed was ready and available. Would definitely return!

January 2026 5.00Jake is a wonderful host. He is very responsive and proactive. We had an issue with the lock, and he and his team were very on top of it. The. The house is large and never felt too small for our group of seven adults. Street parking and the parking garage nearby make it very accommodating for groups with multiple cars. I would recommend it for a nice weekend getaway!
