March 2026 5.00Our stay at Jake’s place was very rewarding. The location was ideal between two busy retail areas with easily walkable restaurants. Jake’s house was all that he promised. Parking was a bit lean, but doable. Jake was very easy to contact and responded quite quickly. His property offered adequate sleeping area for six adults and room to mingle and socialize. I would easily stay here again.

March 2026 5.00Jake’s place was perfect for what we needed during our stay! It was pet-friendly, had comfortable beds, and offered plenty of space for us. It was also conveniently located near a grocery store, which checked all of our boxes and made it a great home base for us! We ended up needing to extend our stay by one night after a family member’s flight was canceled due to weather, and Jake was great—he got us booked quickly at a great price. The only thing to note is that parking can be tough, especially if you have more than one car. If we didn’t get back before 5-6 p.m., we had to park a couple of blocks away. It wasn’t ideal but wasn’t a huge deal for us, but just something to be aware of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Pittsburgh!

February 2026 5.00Jake was a fantastic host! He was very responsive and made the entire process from start to finish very smooth and easy. The home was beautiful and comfortably fit 10 adults but easily could have fit at least 4 more without issue. The home was clean and in a great area. Parking really wasn’t terrible and we always found a spot not too far from the home. My only critique would be that it would have been helpful to have a few more things in the kitchen for cooking and making drinks, but honestly, it had the essentials and that’s what matters! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

February 2026 5.00Jake’s place was perfect for a weekend visit with our college son. The house had plenty of room and was very clean and comfortable, especially the beds. Jake was very responsive and we would definitely stay again!!
